Radu Paraschiv - President and Managing Partner

● Radu brings over twenty years of broad international business and information technology management experience to Bluelight Consulting, with a focus on delivering significant operational improvements and competitive economics to major North American companies in the financial services and retail industries.
 

● Radu has held senior information technology management positions in Canada and the United States where he managed large IT teams of over 300 IT professionals, portfolios of programs of over $100 millions and negotiated IT contracts valued at over $1.1 billion covering all services and products provided by an IT organization.  

● Before working in the financial services industry, Radu was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company where he served Fortune 500 companies in the telecommunication, high tech, transportation and metals and mining industries, on a wide range of topics including strategy, information technology, business building, organization and operations.

● Radu holds a master's degree in Software Engineering from the University of Bucharest
